Claude that knows your business
A Project set up with your business context and instructions, so you stop re-explaining who you are to a machine every morning.
▸ ONLINE LIVE WORKSHOP · Saturday 1 August 2026
You've probably already got the subscription. What you haven't got is the setup: the skills, connectors and working habits that turn a clever chat window into something that does the work in your business. That's what we build together, live, on your own account, in plain English. Bring your scepticism.
£100 + VAT · 35 seats · 10:00–15:00 UK · live on Google Meet. A working session, not a webinar you half-watch while doing email.
▸ THE HONEST BIT
Here's the pattern I see every week in owner-led businesses. Someone signed up for an AI tool with genuine good intentions. It wrote one decent email and a surprisingly average LinkedIn post. Then the quote needed doing, the invoice needed chasing, and the tab quietly closed.
Six months later:
None of this means you're behind, and none of it is a technology problem. The chat window is the demo. The product, the part that saves hours, is the setup nobody showed you: projects that hold your context, skills that know how you work, connectors that reach your tools, and an agent you can point at a folder and tell to get on with it.
That setup takes about a day. So we're doing it in a day.
▸ WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
Everything below happens during the day, on your own Claude account. If you finish with only a notebook full of ideas, I'll have failed.
A Project set up with your business context and instructions, so you stop re-explaining who you are to a machine every morning.
A reusable skill that does a recurring task in your format, your tone and your process, built with you during the morning session.
At least one tool connected, your email or calendar, with the permissions model explained honestly before you click anything.
One plugin installed from the directory that fits what you do all day, not a demo of somebody else's business.
You'll watch Claude take a folder of files and produce finished work, and know how to repeat it on Monday with your own.
A short written plan for what to automate, what to augment, and what to leave alone in your business. Yours to keep, whoever you build it with.
▸ THE DAY, MODULE BY MODULE
The day runs on the same Map · Build · Scale method I use with every business I work with. Every module has a live, do-it-now component. This is a working session, not a lecture.
SESSION ONE · 10:00–12:00 UK · MAP
What Claude is, which plan you need (probably Pro, and I'll say so in pounds and pence), and how to use chat properly: giving proper context, attaching documents, using Projects so it remembers your business, and knowing what to trust it with. If you've only ever typed one-line questions into a chat box, this module alone changes your week.
You'll do this liveSet up a Project loaded with your business context, and get one genuinely useful piece of work out of it before the first coffee refill.
A skill is a small set of instructions that teaches Claude your way of doing a task (your report format, your tone, your quoting rules) so you stop re-explaining yourself forever. You don't need to write code; you can even have Claude write its own skills. This is where generic AI becomes your AI.
You'll do this liveBuild a working skill for a recurring task (turning meeting notes into actions is the crowd favourite) and run it on your own material.
Skills teach Claude how; connectors give it hands: safe, permissioned access to the tools you already use. Email, calendar, documents, accounts. We'll cover what Claude can and can't do once connected, what it asks permission for, and where I'd tell you not to connect anything at all. Honest safety talk included, not skipped.
You'll do this liveConnect one tool, Gmail or your calendar, and have Claude do something useful with it while you watch it ask for permission first.
SESSION TWO · 13:00–15:00 UK · BUILD & SCALE
Plugins bundle skills, connectors and ready-made commands for a whole job function: sales, marketing, finance, running a small business. Instead of assembling everything yourself, you install the bundle that matches your work and adapt it. We'll tour the directory and separate the genuinely useful from the merely shiny.
You'll do this liveInstall one plugin that matches your role and run one of its commands on your own business.
Claude Code builds internal tools, scripts and small sites from plain English descriptions. Honest positioning: most business owners won't live here, and I won't pretend otherwise. But you should know what it is, watch it work once, and know when to reach for it yourself versus when to hand it to a developer with a much better brief than you could have written before today.
You'll do this liveWatch a small internal tool built from an English description in about ten minutes, then keep the "me vs my developer" decision test.
The finale, and the module the whole day builds towards. Cowork is Claude for the files on your own computer: point it at a folder and it reads, creates and edits documents and spreadsheets, runs multi-step tasks, and uses every skill, connector and plugin you set up earlier. Most of what people do with it is ordinary business work, not code. Which is exactly the point.
You'll do this liveRun one job end to end (a folder of invoices in, a tracker and drafted chase emails out), then write your 30-day Map · Build · Scale plan.
▸ THE SHAPE OF THE DAY
Live on Google Meet: an actual meeting, not a webinar. Cameras on, chat open, questions answered as they come up. Capped at 35 people so that's genuinely possible.
Claude fundamentals · Skills · Connectors. By noon, Claude knows your business, has one skill built your way, and one tool connected.
A full hour. Step away from the screen. You've earned it and the afternoon needs you fresh.
Plugins · Claude Code · Cowork. Ends with one job run end to end, and your 30-day plan written before we say goodbye.
All times UK (BST) · Saturday 1 August 2026. The day is recorded, but the replay isn't included in the standard ticket; it comes with the £40 Replay + Claude Business Pack (and free with VIP). If you can be there live, be there live. It's better live.
▸ AN HONEST FILTER
If you're in the second column, don't buy a ticket. Genuinely. Start with the free AI Opportunity Call instead and I'll point you at the right thing.
▸ WHO'S TEACHING
I'm Pazbi Zavatzki: London-based keynote speaker, workshop leader and AI advisor. My signature talk is called How to Be Irreplaceable in an AI World, and my whole working life is helping leaders and teams turn AI noise into systems, skills and revenue.
Before AI was the headline, I spent fifteen years running digital marketing for SMEs: more than 300 companies, from family firms to Warner Bros. Games. The lesson from all of them: the businesses that win don't do all the things. They fix one expensive workflow at a time, properly, so the improvement holds. That's the method this workshop runs on.
I teach the way I consult: plain English, worked examples, and telling you what you need to hear, including the bits where the honest answer is "don't use AI for that".
▸ WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Honesty note: this workshop hasn't run yet, so none of these are about it. They're about what it's like to work with me, which is what you're actually buying.
"Anytime I've interacted with Pazbi, his kindness and integrity have stood out. He isn't just about building websites — he's about building businesses. His holistic strategic approach to digital marketing ensures that every decision drives real, measurable growth."
"After working with Pazbi for a short time I honestly don't know how I managed without him. Continuously impressed with his knowledge on all things digital — from SEO to content creation, he's the first person I turn to to check it's the best solution for my website."
"He is generous with his time and knowledge to clients and colleagues — a rare breed of professional who does it because he knows he can add real value, instead of seeing an angle where it benefits him."
▸ SEATS & PRICES
One date, 35 seats, and prices that stay exactly where they are. The only scarcity on this page is arithmetic. Prices exclude VAT; UK VAT is added at checkout, and every purchase gets a proper VAT invoice.
£100 + VAT per person
Everything you need to leave with a working setup.
You can add the £40 Replay + Pack on the checkout page. Bringing a colleague? Two seats for £175 + VAT: 25% off the second, because systems stick better when two people learn them together.
£140 + VAT per person
The live day, plus everything to rebuild it at your own pace.
Tick the pack on the checkout page. If you can't make the date after buying, the replay has you covered; see the FAQ.
£350 + VAT per person
Five spots because that's my diary, not a marketing tactic.
For context: my published half-day AI Strategy Sprint starts at £1,000 and my AI Day at £3,500. An hour of the same 1-1 attention costs £250 here only because VIP buyers arrive with the workshop groundwork already done.
One thing I'm not selling today: after the workshop, alumni can book a Private Claude Day: a full private implementation day for your business at £2,500 + VAT, against my published AI Day rate of "from £3,500". It's offered after the workshop, once we both know it's the right move, never as a checkout upsell. Mentioned here only so you know the path exists.
▸ THE GUARANTEE
Stay for the whole morning. If by the lunch break you don't believe the day is worth £100, email me before the afternoon session starts and I'll refund every penny. You can even keep the pack.
No form, no quibble, no "let me check with the team". There is no team, there's me. VIP buyers: the 1-1 portion is refundable pro-rata if unused. I can afford this guarantee because the morning alone builds you a project, a skill and a live connector. If that isn't worth £100 to your business, you shouldn't pay £100.
▸ QUESTIONS
No. The day is built for non-technical owners and leaders. If you can attach a file to an email and click "allow" on a permissions box, you have every technical skill required. Non-technical people often do better: they want the invoice chased and the report written, which is exactly the right instinct. Technical people are busy over-engineering something.
Claude Pro at minimum, roughly $20 a month (as of July 2026). The free plan doesn't include Cowork, which is the finale of the day, so it won't cut it. Full honesty: this workshop costs £100 and an ongoing subscription. If a business tool paying for itself still needs to cost under £20 a month, this isn't the year to do this workshop, and I'd rather tell you now than at checkout.
If you bought the Replay + Claude Business Pack (or VIP), you're covered: the full recording of both sessions is yours for 12 months, plus every template and checklist. If you bought a standard ticket, you can transfer your seat to a future date at no charge; just email me before the workshop starts. What I don't do is send the replay to standard ticket holders as a workaround, because that's not fair on the people who paid for it.
Yes, and the recording goes to Replay + Pack buyers and VIPs only. It's a £40 add-on at checkout. If you're deciding between "attend live" and "just watch the replay", attend live: the value is in doing the exercises with help in the room, not in watching me do them.
A laptop or desktop (not just a phone; you'll be doing proper setup), Chrome (Google Meet runs in the browser, nothing to install), a Claude Pro account, and access to your own email and calendar if you want to connect them live during module three. I'll send a short setup checklist the week before, including installing the Claude desktop app, so the day is spent building rather than downloading.
Almost certainly. After 300+ companies I can tell you the expensive workflows are remarkably similar everywhere: chasing, quoting, re-typing, reporting, scheduling. The industry changes; the leaks don't. The exercises all run on your material, so what you build is yours by definition. If your business genuinely is the exception, the lunch-break guarantee exists for exactly that.
You leave with a 30-day plan you wrote in the final module, and everything you built keeps working on your own account. If you want help beyond that, there are paths: a free 30-minute AI Opportunity Call, and for alumni who want me hands-on in their business, a Private Claude Day at £2,500. Nothing after the day is required, and no one will chase you with a "special offer expiring tonight".
The guarantee, verbatim: stay for the whole morning, and if by the lunch break you don't believe the day is worth £100, email me before the afternoon session starts and I'll refund every penny, pack included, yours to keep. Before the day itself, if life happens, transfer to a future date free of charge. VIP 1-1 time is refundable pro-rata if unused.
No — prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout, so the £100 seat is £120 all-in. Buying as a VAT-registered business? Enter your VAT number at checkout, and every purchase comes with a proper invoice for your accountant. The workshop is sold by Kickass Online Ltd (VAT No. GB479593913).
The honest answer: the last 15 minutes covers what working with me after the workshop looks like, because people ask and pretending otherwise would be silly. The other three hours and forty-five minutes is teaching and building. No countdown slides, no "but wait", no roping in a "special guest closer". If the ratio ever slips, quote this FAQ at me and claim the guarantee.
Two of you works brilliantly. That's what the £75 second seat is for, and it's genuinely how systems stick. More than two, and you're usually better served by a private AI Day built around your business instead of a public workshop. Email me and I'll tell you which one you need, even if the answer earns me less.
▸ THE DECISION
No countdown timer here, and the price doesn't go up at midnight. The honest urgency is more annoying than that: every week Claude sits unconfigured in a browser tab, you pay the do-nothing tax: the quotes done by hand, the reports assembled by copy-paste, the evenings spent on £12-an-hour admin.
One day, £100 + VAT, 35 seats, Saturday 1 August 2026. When they're gone, the next chance is the next cohort, whenever my diary allows one.
£100 + VAT · 10:00–15:00 UK · live on Google Meet · lunch-break guarantee.
