Hi, I'm Pazbi.

Panagiotis Zmpigknief Zavatzki, if we're being formal. Builder, speaker, and the person teams call when digital and AI need to work.

I was born in Athens in 1991 and moved to London with my family in 1996: Greek by birth, Polish by heritage, a Londoner by everything since.

At eight I was diagnosed with leukaemia. The chemotherapy ran until I was twelve, and the complications took my ability to walk. I learnt to walk again, one stubborn step at a time. That stretch taught me what I still build on: progress is a series of small, deliberate moves, and you keep making them.

I studied Computer Games at the University of Westminster and graduated in 2012. Two years later I started my first business. The fifteen years since have been digital marketing in every form: websites, search, automation, and the AI that now sits on top of it all.

Westminster stayed part of my life. I've mentored students there for the past eight years and sit on the employability advisory board for the School of Media and Communication. The university recognised me for long service in volunteering, and in 2023 I was a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year. I've been part of BNI since 2016.

At thirty I was diagnosed with ADHD-C, which explained a lot and gave my work a second purpose. I got married to my childhood friend in 2023 and a year later I founded Kickass Online and Neuroinclusive Standards, two sides of one belief, systems should fit the people who use them.
