Before we book a call, let's make sure it's worth your 30 minutes.

Two minutes of honest answers. In return, you get a working session, not a pitch.

The AI Opportunity Call isn't a sales call with a costume on. It's 30 minutes of actual work: we map where your team loses the most time, and you leave with a shortlist of your highest-leverage automation opportunities, whether or not we ever work together.

Because it's a working session, I do a small amount of preparation for every call. That's why I ask a few questions first. It takes about two minutes, and it means we spend our 30 minutes on your business, not on introductions.

One honest note before you start: my engagements typically start at £3,500, and I work best with owner-led and mid-sized businesses (roughly 10–250 people) that are serious about getting a return from AI in the next quarter or two. If that's not you yet, no hard feelings. I'll point you to things that will genuinely help, and the door stays open.

How many people work in the business?
Rough annual revenue?

Be specific if you can: "chasing quotes", "copy-pasting between systems", "writing the same reports". If you're not sure, say that too.

An honest question about budget. My engagements typically start at £3,500 for an AI Day and from £7,500 for the 90-day programme. Which best describes you?

Please answer every required question — each one shapes the call.

I read every application personally, usually within one working day. If we're a fit, you'll go straight through to my calendar. If we're not, or not yet, I'll say so honestly and point you somewhere genuinely useful instead. Either way, you'll hear from me.
